Fran Constancio

Founder of FCC Football Hub & UEFA Pro Licensed Coach, Fran Constancio, is currently working at Northampton Town Football Club who sit in League 1 of the English Football Pyramid. 

Fran leads coaching and development of the U19's Football and Education Programme at the club whilst also leading the U14's boys academy team. Fran worked at Biggleswade United FC, club who chairman is the recognised journalist pundit Guillem Balagué. Fran, in his 4 years at the club, helped Guillem to build and stablish the Club structure by adding a football Academy from U7's to U21's and the Ladies section.

Prior to his move to England, Fran worked as a Lead coach for the At.Vallbonense Academy developing young talented players and Lliria CF as U19s Head Coach for 3 seasons and the 1st Team Head Coach for the last 2 seasons at his hometown Club. 

Fran offers mentoring services to football/soccer coaches, on a 1to1 basis, in the EMEA area.

Javier Cano, a UEFA Pro Licensed Coach and now also New Austin FC Academy U15's Head Coach, hailing from Spain, was most recently at D.C. United where he was the Academy U15's Head Coach for the ’18-’19 season, and the U19's Head Coach for the ’19-’20 season, as well as an Assistant Coach for D.C. United’s first team in both seasons. 

Cano’s previous experience includes his tenure with Villareal CF S.A.D Academy in Spain and the Slavia Praha U21's Academy team in the Czech Republic.

Cano offers mentoring services to football/soccer coaches, on a 1to1 basis, in the USA area.
